Available in standard lengths of 4.5 meters and 7 meters, as well as fully customizable sizes, this machine is designed for high-speed, high-precision machining of aluminum profiles, aluminum doors and windows, rail vehicles, and aerospace applications.
1. Machine Overview
• 45° BC tilting head: B-axis ±120°, C-axis ±320°, capable of completing undercuts in a single clamping setup.
• Utilizes the Italian OSAI Open Smart 5-axis control system with RCP and a user-friendly touchscreen human-machine interface.
• Standard pneumatic clamps include 6 and 8 clamps, respectively (including pneumatic brakes and pneumatic clamping).
• X/Y/Z axis travel: 7000 × 500 × 500 mm.
• Italian Hetek 11-13.5 kW five-axis head with a 355 saw blade.
2. Maintenance (Monthly/Quarterly)
• Replace the coolant filter bag; check the refractometer for 8-10% accuracy.
• Back up OSAI parameters to a USB drive and the cloud.
• Check the 45° head gearbox oil level; replace ISO VG 220 lubricant every 2000 hours.
• Perform laser calibration of the entire workspace; automatically upload the compensation table to OSAI.
