The YOUHAO L9 5-axis aluminum drilling and milling machining centre is designed for drilling, milling and cutting operations on industrial aluminum and various shaped aluminum profiles.
 It finds application in mold making, as well as the production of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, aluminum furniture and sunrooms.
Operating at 380V, it holds CE, ISO and ROHS certifications, with a 45-day lead time and a monthly supply capacity of 20 sets. Backed by a 2-year warranty, it offers OEM services including logo customization, size adjustment and tailored machine modifications to meet specific requirements.

Controller system


The Italian OSAI CNC system comes with a user-friendly interface. It can handle complex five-axis linkage processing and supports the RTCP control function for five-axis machining.


Spindle


It features an imported high-precision double swing head and is fitted with a high-power, high-speed electric spindle. The spindle head's inner taper hole uses an HSK63F interface, enabling a high metal cutting volume per unit time.

Equipped with the water circulation cooling system of the electric spindle, the automatic lubrication system of the feed transmission and the cooling spray system of the tool to ensure the reliable operation and precision stability of the machine tool 6.
