In five-axis engraving machines, the table dynamic structure is a common design method, especially widely used in small and medium-sized five-axis equipment. Compared with the gantry moving or spindle moving structure, the table dynamic structure has the following significant advantages:
1. Stronger structural stability
Low center of gravity and good rigidity: The table moving structure usually fixes the workpiece on the workbench, and the entire table moves along the X-axis or Y-axis. The center of gravity is low and the movement is smoother, which is suitable for high-precision processing.
Excellent anti-seismic performance: As the workbench moves, the spindle and the crossbeam remain fixed, reducing the inertial impact caused by the movement of the spindle and improving the processing stability.
2. Higher processing accuracy
Reduced mechanical error: The moving axis of the table dynamic structure is less concentrated in the spindle part, reducing the linkage error, which is particularly suitable for the processing of high-precision molds, crafts, and complex surfaces.
High repeat positioning accuracy: Due to the stable structure, combined with the high-precision servo system and guide rails, the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.02mm or even higher.
