Fine trimming 

trimming is a function that includes rough trimming, fine trimming copying trimming, and scraping. Its function is to trim the edge band around the plate that is higher than the plate surface, so that the edge of the plate is smooth and excessive, to achieve the purpose of beautification

Polishing: Polishing the cloth wheel with soft materials to throw out the gloss of the working surface to achieve better results

Advantage



  1. Pre-milling: The use of double milling cutter to modify  the ripple marks, burrs or non-vertical phenomenon  on the small panels cuttedt by nesting cnc machine  in order to achieve better edge sealing effect. The sealing strip and the plate are more closely fitted, and the integrity and aesthetics are better.

  2.  Gluing: Through the special structure, the edge sealing plate and the edge sealing material are evenly coated on both sides to ensure that the adhesive force is more firm.

  3. Head: Through precision linear guide movement, the use of mold automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor fast cutting structure, to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth.

  4.  Rough trimming/fine trimming: All adopt automatic tracking by mold and high-frequency high-speed motor structure to ensure that the upper and lower parts of the trimming plate are smooth. It is used to repair the excess edge sealing material above and below the edge sealing strip of the processed sheet.
