Automated Tool Management

The system automatically locates the target tool in the 8-position tool magazine based on the T code in the machining program; a robotic arm (or linear slide) completes the closed-loop process of "spindle unclamping - removing the old tool - installing the new tool - spindle clamping" in 2-3 seconds, without requiring manual intervention or machine downtime.

Wide range of materials can be processed

The standard 9 kW spindle offers high torque and can engrave wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, copper, brass, etc., simply by selecting the appropriate tool and spindle speed.

Low maintenance costs

Modular design with commonly available components (ball screws, guide rails, spindles, and drives) for easy repair and replacement; the automatic lubrication system extends the lifespan of transmission components, requiring only regular lubrication and vacuum cleaning.
