Five-axis cnc aluminum profile machining centers enable multi-face machining in a single setup. Traditional three-axis machining requires multiple workpiece flips, while five-axis machining centers, through A/B or A/C axis rotation, can directly machine the sides, bevels, and even the bottom of aluminum profiles. This makes them particularly suitable for: aerospace structural components (such as aircraft wing spars and fuselage frames), lightweight automotive chassis components, and complex mold cavities.

Controller system


The Italian OSAI CNC system comes with a user-friendlyinterface. It can handle complex five-axis linkageprocessing and supports the RTCP control function forfive-axis machining.

Spindle


It features an imported high-precision double swinghead and is fitted with a high-power, high-speedelectric spindle. The spindle head's inner taper holeuses an HSK63F interface, enabling a high metal cuttingvolume per unit time.
